• When booking one of our studios, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • We exclusively accept bookings through our secure, custom online system. No registration is required. Rest assured, our system is not third-party, and your personal details won't be shared with anyone.
  • Upon successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, please reach out to us at 01392 660 401 (available 7 days a week from 10 am to 11 pm).
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply reply to your booking confirmation email, giving us at least 24 hours' notice. Unfortunately, bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time cannot be refunded.
  • We may contact you regarding your booking and important studio updates.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason. If this occurs, we'll provide ample notice, and you'll receive a full refund.
  • You can extend your studio time if it's available. Just call us at 01392 660 401, and we'll send you a payment link for the extra time.
  • If there's no prior booking, you can access the studio 10 minutes before your scheduled start timeā€”no earlier, please.
  • Studios must be cleared (packed up and vacated) by the end of your booked time. A fee will apply if you stay longer than 15 minutes beyond your allotted time. Please be considerate of others waiting to use the studio.
  • Tazma Studios (Tazma Ltd.) is not liable for any lost or damaged equipment or personal items you bring to our studios.
  • We strongly recommend using earplugs to protect your hearing during rehearsals, for both musicians and guests. We do not assume responsibility for hearing loss. Please use our amps and PA systems responsibly, as louder doesn't necessarily mean better.
  • For your safety and security, we employ CCTV cameras both outside and inside our studios. The system records 24/7, and footage is retained for three months. This footage may be used as evidence in a court of law.
  • You are responsible for any equipment damage while using our studios. If you notice any faults in our equipment, please contact us immediately.
  • We do not charge extra for video recording, photography, or streaming in our studios. In return, we kindly ask you to clearly credit Tazma Studios wherever you choose to publish these materials. This same requirement applies to streaming. By law, we retain the right to request removal of media materials from social media platforms or hosting providers if proper attribution is not provided.
