TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • By booking one of our studios, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • We only take bookings via our secured, custom-made online system. No registration is needed. Our system is not a third party system; your details or personal information will not be shared with anyone.
  • After successful payment you will receive a booking confirmation email. If you do not receive it please contact us by phone 01392 660 401 (available 7 days per week from 10am to 11pm).
  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking please reply to your booking confirmation email, giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time cannot be refunded.
  • You agree to be contacted about your booking, and about important changes or information concerning the studios.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason. If this happens, we will give you as much notice as possible, and a full refund will be processed.
  • You can extend your studio time if the studio is available. You will have to pay for extra time on site by card or cash.
  • Studios must be vacated (packed up and out) by the end of your booked time. We will charge you for each additional hour if you stay longer than 15 minutes outside of your allotted time. Please respect people who may be waiting to use the studio.
  • Tazma Studios (Tazma Ltd.) is not responsible for any lost or damaged equipment, or for any items you bring to the studios.
  • For all musicians and their guests we highly recommend using ear plugs to protect your hearing during every rehearsal. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of your hearing. Please use our amps and PA system responsibly; louder doesn’t always mean better.
  • We use CCTV cameras outside and inside our studios for your personal safety and security. The system is recording 24/7 and the footage is stored for a period of two months. Video evidence can be used in a court of law.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment while using any of our studios. If you spot any fault in our equipment please contact a member of our staff immediately.
